Robert Berry

Robert Everett Berry, 86, of Greenwood, passed away February 2, 2025. Bob was born in Armington, Illinois, on July 18, 1938, to parents, Everett L. Berry and Louella M. Newton. He graduated from Arsenal Tech High School. Robert served his country honorably in the Army. 

Robert worked as a draftsman at Amax Coal Company during his career, retiring in 1989. He also worked for the Indiana Eye Clinic in Greenwood for several years on staff for patient transport. In his free time, he was an avid golfer and enjoyed travel with his family.

Robert was preceded in death by his wife Helen E. Berry. Sister, Donna L. Berry. Mother, Louella M. Newton and father, Everett L. Berry.

Robert is survived by Sister, Barbara Wootton, Daughter, Jennifer Miller, Stepson, Gregory Paul and wife Ruthe Paul. Grandchildren, Shae Snodgrass and husband Andrew Snodgrass, Jackson Miller, Shawn Paul, Anthony Paul, Thomas Paul, Samuel Paul and Cheyenne Bowser. Great Grandchildren Tyler, Kayla, Guy, Allison, Lilly and Madison.

Friends may call on March 1, 2025, from 11am-1pm at Flanner and Buchanan-Washington Park East. A graveside service will be held following visitation 1:30pm at Flanner and Buchanan Washington Park East.
