Rick Monroe Pollard

Our dearly beloved, son, brother, spouse and father passed away Tuesday, October 18th, 2016 at the age of 48.

Rick is survived by his spouse, Rhonda Myers, their daughter Courtney (24) and son Cameron (22). Rick was preceded in death by their infant son Connor. Rick is survived by his parents, Steve Pollard (Judy) and Margie Runion (Richard) and his sisters Lori Deskin (Patrick), Cheri Pollard, Kristy Olme (Bob) and Danielle McKinney (Ian).Rick had numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews that he loved very much.

Rick Pollard was a true family man first and foremost. His intense love for his family and friends made him the genuine, caring, honest and forthright man that we knew and loved so deeply.

Rick was a huge Nascar fan, attending the Brickyard 400 for the past several years. Jimmie Johnson was his longtime favorite driver!

For the last 11 years, Rick loved his job working at MacAllister Machinery. He went to work each and every day with a can do attitude, going above and beyond any “Job description” to genuinely help people! Rick was recently promoted to the supervisory position of his department.

Rick was a graduate of Pike High School, Class of 1987.

Visitation will be on Sunday, October 23rd from 4-8 PM at Flanner and Buchanan – Speedway.
Funeral service will be on Monday, October 24th at 10 AM
