Richard W. Justice

Richard W. Justice 82 of Indianapolis, IN passed away May 23, 2015. He was retired from the Indianapolis Police Department in 1980. Richard proudly served in the U S Navy during the Korean War. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Police. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife, Margaret, daughter, Kelley Justice, son-in-law, Robert Elsbury, grandsons, Justin (Cassie) Elsbury, Tyler Elsbury, great grandchildren, Andrew and Andrea Elsbury, brothers, Jim (Terri)Justice, Arthur (Carol) Like. He is preceded in death by his, daughter, Stacey Justice Elsbury, mother, Christina, father Delbert Like, Sr. and step-father, Bert Justice and sister, Mary McCracken. Services will be held Friday, May 29, 2015 2 PM at Flanner and Buchanan-Decatur with visitation there from 11 AM. He will be laid to rest at White Lick Cemetery in Mooresville, Indiana. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
