Richard “Rick” C. Hall, Jr.

63, of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away on November 30, 2020.  Rick was born on September 28, 1957 in Bowling Green, Kentucky to the late Richard C. Hall, Sr. and Dorothy Hall Goodall.  He was currently employed as a Heat Treater for Thomas and Skinner.  He was a member of Garfield American Legion Post 88.  He loved to sing and play his guitar.  He also loved fishing, old trucks and spending time with family and his beloved dogs.  He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Timothy Hall.  He is survived by his wife, Debbie Hall; daughter, Ronda Munns; step-son, Troy Lysell; grandchildren, Logan, Matthew, Cameron and Dusty and many extended family members.  Visitation will be Wednesday, December 9, 2020 from noon till 2 pm with a funeral service at 2 pm at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family to obtain a monument for his brother Tim.
