Richard R. Trusler

Richard R. Trusler 80, Indianapolis, Indiana died March 2, 2015. Richard was born on November 26, 1934 in Indianapolis, the son of the late George and Norma Ruby (Dickey) Trusler. He loved football and had played football at Decatur Central High School. Richard was a member of Charity Church and had served in the U S Army. Richard was a Superintendent Steel Worker at General Steel Fabricators where he retired in 2010 after 56 years of service. He was preceded in death by his wife Edith Margot (Powell) Trusler. Survivors include: son, Rex Trusler; grandson, Timothy Joe Trusler; great-grandson, Joseph Trusler and a sister, Sandra Washington. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday, March 6, 2015 at Flanner and Buchanan – Decatur 5463Kentucky Ave. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 7, 2015 at Flanner and Buchanan.
