Richard Lee Stuart

Richard Lee Stuart, 84, of Indianapolis went home to be with the Lord, July 19, 2012. He was born August 2, 1927 to Gavin and Letitia Stuart. Richard served in the U.S. Navy and was in the second graduating class of the Indianapolis Police Department Reserve. He is survived by his children Cathy Stuart, Letitia "Tish" (Roger) Stuart-Harris, John (Kelly) Stuart; grandchildren Emily, Brynn, Mahrina, Ahlia, and Baylin. He was preceded in death by his wife Irene Wright Stuart, parents, and son James D. Phillips. Friends may call from 11-1 pm on Tuesday, July 24, 2012 with Funeral Services beginning at 1:00 pm at Flanner and Buchanan-Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington Street, Indianapolis.
