93, of Indianapolis transcended to a higher ground on Thursday, March 30, 2017. Mr. Hall, a United States Army World War II Veteran, will be honored with a Celebration of Life Service on Saturday, April 8, 2017 at 12:00pm. Viewing will be from 10:00am until Service at Flanner and Buchanan- Washington Park North 2706 Kessler Blvd W. Dr. Indianapolis.
