He was born August 15,1943 to William and Mary Jeffries.
He is survived by his loving wife, Lucy; children, Robin Abbett, Richard David Jr., Frank Anthony, and William A.; 11 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren.
Memorial service will take place 9am Sunday, June 23, 2024 at Flanner Buchanan - Floral Park, 425 North Holt Road, Indianapolis, Indiana, 46222, with placement to follow in Floral Park Cemetery.
