Richard J. Jakupco

Richard J. Jakupco, 54 of Noblesville, passed awayThursday, December 31, 2015. Rick wasborn April 28, 1961 in Detroit, MI. He graduatedfrom Carmel High School and was a 1984 graduate of Purdue University with adegree in Electrical Engineering. Heworked for Delco Electronics in Kokomo from 1984-2002.

In 2002 he was paralyzed in an automobile accident. Over the last 13 years he’s lived withcourage, strength, faith, and hope in a compromised quadriplegic body. Despite these limitations his faith and lovefor his family allowed him to live life to his fullest ability.

Rick was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton CatholicChurch, Carmel, IN.

Friends and family are invited to gather on Monday,January 4 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at Flanner and Buchanan-Carmel. A funeral Mass will be held Tuesday, January5 at 10:30 am at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church.

Rick is survived by his wife, Trish; sons, Matthew J. andNicholas J. Jakupco; parents, John J. and Maureen Jakupco; sisters, Ann M.Duncan, Jane M. Jakupco and Margaret L. Bock; brother, John M. Jakupco and manynieces and nephews that he adored.
