Richard E. Sircy

Richard E. Sircy, age 54 of Indianapolis passed away on September 17, 2016. He was born December 5, 1961 in Indianapolis to Richard and Chris Sircy. Richard graduated from Decatur Central High School and served in the Army National Guard for 8 years. He worked construction and was a member of Valley Mill Christian Church. He loved working with motorcycles.

Surviving to cherish his memory are his parents, children, Jerry and Tara, sister, Kim Hutchinson, brother, Jeff (Shanon) Sircy, niece, Jamie Hutchinson, nephews, Zach Hutchinson and Damon Harrell.

Friends may visit from 4-8 PM Wednesday, September 21, 2016 at Valley Mills Christian Church, 5555 Kentucky Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46221. A celebration of Life will be held at 12 noon Thursday at the church. Arrangements entrusted to Flanner and Buchanan – Decatur Township, 5463 Kentucky Avenue, Indianapolis.
