RICHARD A. KRUPINSKI, 71, Indianapolis, died Jan. 21.
He was a cartographer for the Federal Aviation Administration, retiring in 1985.
Mr. Krupinski was a Marine Corps veteran and a member of St. Gabriel Catholic Church.
