66, Indianapolis, IN passed away August 5, 2014. He was born March 11, 1948 in Amarillo, Texas. Survivors: wife, Maria A. (Lopez) Blaszkiewicz; children, Leslie Smith, Vicki Bowman, Sabrina Arnold and Nick Thompson; brother, Steven Blaszkiewicz and 11 grandchildren. Visitation will be from 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 9, 2014 at Flanner and Buchanan – Decatur 5463 Kentucky Ave. Indianapolis a Celebration of Life Service will follow at 2:00 p.m
