Rhonda L. Narmore (Ragan) 1957-2017

Rhonda L. Narmore (Ragan), 59, of Fountaintown, IN, passed away on February 26th, 2017 in Indianapolis, IN.

Visitation services will be from 2-3:30pm on Thursday March 2, 2017 at Flanner and Buchanan-Washington Park East. Funeral services will immediately follow with Pastor John Dunaway of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church, officiating. Entombment will be at Washington Park East Cemetery.

Rhonda was born in Indianapolis to Curtis "Ron" Ragan Sr. and the late Sylvia L. Ragan on September 23, 1957. Rhonda graduated from John Marshall High School in 1976. Rhonda was an employee at Allison’s Transmission where she worked for 29 years and retired from in 2005. Rhonda married Ralph E. Narmore on September 19, 1992 in Indianapolis, IN.

Rhonda was a kind-hearted woman who loved to help people and animals in need. She would often take in stray animals and give them a home or nurse them back to health. Rhonda was very loved by family and friends alike and brought joy to those in her presence. She made everyone feel welcome and loved to host family and friends for gatherings. She had a contagious laugh, and will be greatly missed by all who were blessed to know her.

Rhonda is preceded in death by her daughter, Sherrie Ragan and her mother, Sylvia Ragan.
Rhonda is survived by her husband, Ralph Narmore; son, Stephen Little; step-daughters, Kelly Narmore Clark (James) and Trista Narmore Blair (Kenny); 3 siblings, Curtis "Ron" Ragan Jr., Lynda Ragan Markland (Rick), and Lori Ragan McClurg (Vince); father, Curtis Ragan Sr.; granddaughter, Kalyn Ragan Tague (Matthew); grandson, Sebastian Little; 7 step grandchildren; and many nieces and newphews.
