Rex Allen Scurlock

Rex Allen Scurlock, Sr., 63, of Indianapolis, passed away November 12, 2011. He is survived by his children: Donnie(Kim) Scurlock, Rex A. Scurlock, Jr., Tonya(Cliff) VanFossen, Todd Scurlock; grandchildren: Justin, Matt, Tim, Hannah, Jeremy, Brittany, Linda, Michael, Skyelynn; great granddaughters: Aubrey, Amiyah, Farrah, Cerinity; father: Berman "Dick" Scurlock; sisters: Janice, Joanne, Patty; and brothers: Duane, Darrel, Rob, Mitch; and companion: Dawn Purvis. He was preceded in death by his mother, Evelyn, grandson, Joshua, and brother, Ronnie. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 16, 2011 at 2:00 PM at Flanner and Buchanan Funeral Center � Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington Street.
