Reta June Ryker

Reta June Ryker, 83, of Carmel passed away surrounded by her family on June 10, 2018. Reta was born on June 25, 1934 in Madison, Indiana to Frances “Frank” and Cleo Feider. She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Richard Thomas “Tom” Ryker of Carmel, Indiana; 10 children, Diana (Bill) Brunsman, of Sunman, IN, Beth (Ralph) Steiner, of League City, Texas, Tim (Jan) of Batesville, IN, Chris (Tarra) of Greenwood, IN, Dave of Carmel, IN, Michael (Michele) of Greenwood, IN, Mary Hernandez of Carmel, IN, Jon (Jo) of Covington, KY, Becky Doyle of Carmel, IN, Margaret (Sean) Doherty of Westfield, IN; 27 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 sisters, and 1 brother.

Family and friends are invited to gather Wednesday, June 13 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at Flanner Buchanan-Carmel. A funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, June 14 at St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic Church.
