Rene’ Roberts Chamberlain peacefully passed away surrounded by love and care on July 27, 2022. Born February 13, 1966 at the Submarine Base Hospital, Groton, Connecticut, she was very proud of her father’s naval career.
Rene’ was a graduate of Southwestern High School, Hanover, IN and Sullivan Junior College, Louisville, KY. Her son Evan was the light of her life and she enjoyed taking beautiful photos of him as well as other family members, pets and sunsets. Some of her best days were spent hiking at Eagle Creek Park and summer vacations at Ocean Isle Beach, NC. During her career she was passionate about non-profit work and spent a majority of her working years serving others. Using her event planning skills she provided underprivileged children the opportunity to go to summer camp at no cost. All in all, Rene was a wonderful woman and mother, who wanted to provide value to others with everything she did.
She is survived by her parents, Jeff and Susan Roberts, son, Evan, brother Mark Roberts, many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friend, Roy Clement.
