Rebecca G. Bridget

Rebecca (Becky) Bridget, beloved wife of Lawrence Bridget passed away Monday, June 13, 2016 in her home, surrounded by her children: Dan Bridget (wife Patye), Joanne Arocho (husband Luis), Tim Bridget (wife Bev) and Margaret Bridget (partner Lana). She joins her husband Larry, son Michael and two brothers, Alva Love and George Love in their eternal rest. Becky worked for many years as Office Manager for the Decatur Township School Lunch Program and then as the first Bookkeeper/Office Manager to Storms-McMullen Electric. She was born to be a mother. In her tumultuous childhood, she mothered her two younger brothers and vowed that her children would not live as she had. Becky was always positive, always encouraging, always loving and always there for her family. She mothered the neighborhood kids as well with homemade cookies after school or just a listening ear.

Rebecca is also survived by 6 grandchildren: Timothy, Traci, Allison, Rebecca, Jessica and Devin; and 3 great grandchildren: Gabriel, Abigail and Melissa.
