69, of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away on July 24, 2022. Rebecca was born on August 15, 1952, in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Clifton and Doris Hopper. She was a 1971 graduate of Ben Davis High School. She was a retired clerk. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Power; grandson, Keith Caban and her parents. She is survived by her children, Rachel (Samuel) Minor, Christina (Feliciano) Trejo and Justin (Lacey) Power; siblings, Earl Hopper, Mary Page and Ronald Hopper; ten grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Thursday, August 4, 2022, from noon till 2 pm with a funeral service at 2 pm at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park.
