Raymond Hendrix

Raymond F. Hendrix, 72, of Noblesville passed away August 15, 2022.  He was born August 11, 1950, in Detroit, Michigan, the son of the late Elmer Francis and Mildred Florence (Tober) Hendrix.  He married Kari Denton on October 21, 1977.

Ray proudly and honorably served in the United State Army.  He was a member of the Noblesville American Legion Post 45 and the VFW Post 6246.  He was an avid Detroit Lions and Michigan State fan but his greatest enjoyment was spending time with his grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Kari Hendrix; two sons, Randall Hendrix and Timothy (Kristel) Hendrix; 10 grandchildren, Alexis (big), Aaron, Andrew, Landon, Alexis (little), Eva, Maddy, Ally, Maisyn, and Michael; 1 great granddaughter, Raelynn; and six siblings, Carol Schultz, Jan (Kent) Maxon, Tom Hendrix, Darren Hendrix, John Hendrix, and Pat Hendrix.  He was preceded in passing by a son, Michael Hendrix; grandson, Cameron Hendrix; brother, Kevin Hendrix; and a sister, Sue Deck.

Memorial services will be at 3:00 p.m. Friday, August 19, 2022, at Flanner Buchanan – Hamilton Memorial Park (Prairie Waters), 4180 Westfield Road.  Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service.  Online condolences may be shared by visiting www.flannerbuchanan.com.
