84 of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away on May 29, 2023. Raymond was born on November 26, 1938, in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Jesse and Marjorie Brown. He was a Marine Corps Veteran. He retired after 37 years as railroad conductor for CSX. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty “Jeanie Brown; children, Cecilia Brown, David Brown, Lisa Arnold and Julie Moore; siblings, Eugene Brown and Barbara Fink and his parents. He is survived by his daughter, Tamara Brown Zeilinga; brothers, Robert (June) Brown and Larry Brown; several grandchildren and great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Graveside service will be Monday, June 12, 2023, at 2 pm at Floral Park Cemetery.
