Raymond Cortez, 77, of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away on January 15, 2022. He was born on July 3, 1944, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Raymond served in the Army for 6 years and the Indiana National Guard for 22 years. He is survived by his wife Sandra (Ritchie) Cortez along with his three children Chris (Christina) Cortez, Colorado Springs, CO; Rena Cortez, Whitestown, IN; Amy Cortez, Cedaredge, CO and two grandchildren (Alex and Jamie). He will be missed by all who knew him. Visitation will be Monday January 24 from 4-5 p.m. with funeral service to follow at 5 pm, both at Flanner Buchanan 325 E Carmel Drive, Carmel, IN 46032.
