Randy is survived by his children Donte Hart, Randy A. Hart,Shemeka Dickson, Terrence Brown, Shanta Brown, Tyra Brown; grandchildren KyraCowherd, Terrence Brown, Jr., Ayrn Rowland and Titan Rowland, and Soryah Hart. Siblings; Marvin Hart, Brenda Hart-Coles,Tommy Hart, Robin Hart-Wilson, Leon Hart (Dondra); Aunt Mildred Clardy, Aunt SandraRice and Uncle Frank D. Rice.
