Randolph “Randy” E. Dugard

75 of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away on January 28, 2024.  He was born on December 17, 1948, in Monroe County, Kentucky to the late Raymond and Ruby Dugard. He was a retired machine operator for American Art and Clay Company.   He was preceded in death by his son Lonnie Dugard, one grandson and his parents. He is survived by his wife, Hilda F. Dugard; children, Loretta Workman, Paula (Derrall) Smallwood, Jeffrey Dugard, Richard Gilbert, Tammy (Ronnie) Walls, Crystal “Chrissy” (Nick) Bolen with honorable mentions of Harry Dobson and Brian Crowder, sixteen grandchildren, twenty-five great grandchildren and three sisters. Funeral service will be Friday, February 2, 2024, at 2 pm with visitation from noon till 2 pm at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park. Entombment will follow at Floral Park Cemetery.
