Randy W. Carter II 37 of Greencastle, IN died January 25, 2011. Randy was a union insulator for PCI/ Local #18. He was a member of the International Association of Heat & Frost Insulators & Allied Workers. He is survived by his wife, Lynette Carter, son, Austin Wayne Carter, mother, Patricia F. (Terry) Carter-McAtee, father, Randall W.(Carolyn) Carter, sisters, Mary Meyer, Shanna Hill, Ashley Marsh, Dana McAtee, brothers, Richard S. Carter, Darryl McAtee, grandparents, Irene Melton, Betty Jean Carter, special friend, Sherri Harpel. Services will be Saturday January 29, 2011 1 PM at Flanner and Buchanan Funeral Center- Decatur Township with visitation there Friday January 28th 4-9 PM and Saturday 11 AM until the service. Memorial contributions can be made to a Scholarship Fund established in Austin Wayne Carter name. Envelopes will be available at the funeral center.
