RV Bray
age 77, originally of Sand Mountain, Alamaba; most recently of Greenfield, Indiana; passed away on Monday, February 23, 2015.
R.V. is survived by his loving wife, Elizabeth (Eversole) Bray. He was preceded in death by his daughter Judy Ann Bray, brothers Alfred, Bill and Alvin; and sister, Hazel. R.V. is survived by his children; Mark Anthony (Lorena) Bray, Cathy Elaine Hightower, Brian Perry (Amber) Bray; grand-children Nathan Hudelson, Jeremy Hudelson, Joshua Pritt, Mark Anthony II Bray, Bailey Bray; his great-grandchildren Tatiana Heil and Lillie Hudelson and siblings James and Irene.
R.V. met his wife, Elizabeth when they were both sixteen, in Kentucky. They married at age seventeen and were married for over 60 years. He was employed for Chrysler at several positions until his retirement in 1990. He was a Godly man who worked as a chaplain for several Indianapolis area police departments, focusing on outreach and prison ministries. He was a published author who wrote the book The Last Twelve Hours of Jesus Who is Called Christ. He had a giving heart, and worked with multiple organizations to sponsor orphans all over the world.
