R. Ruth Mills

Rhiannon Ruth Mills, 68, passed away March 14, 2023, in Richmond, Indiana. She was born January 14, 1955, in Warsaw, KY to George Elwyn and Billie (Yeager) Deatherage.

Ruth was an animal lover and loved going to the beach. She was chronically late to everything she attended and was always on Ruth’s time.

She is survived by her sons Martin (Julie) Mills and Chanellor (Jordyn) Mills; her grandchildren Dustin Mills, Jalea Chadd, Sheena Wall, Millie June Mills, Wyatt Mills, and Lincoln Mills; and 11 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Randy Mills, and her parents George Deatherage and Billie Keenan.
