Polly Wilson

Polly Wilson Polly passed away February 12, 2014. She was born February 6, 1921 in Covington, Tennessee to the late William and Jessie Howard. She was preceded in death by her husband James H. Wilson and her three sisters, Cue-tee, Inez and Ruby. Polly moved to California in 1945, to Arizona in 1961 and to Indianapolis in 1977 to be near family and grandchildren. She was an active member of East 91st Street Christian Church, retired from Carmel Bank and volunteered for 17 years at the Women's Hospital. She was a loving wife and mother. She loved life and singing in her church choir. Polly is survived by her daughters, Priscilla Maret and Jamie McCaw; son-in-law Bruce McCaw; grandchildren, Kim Maret, Melissa Smith, Kevin and Darcy Maret, David and Carrie McCaw, Carson and Betsy McCaw; great grandchildren, Sabrina, Hanna, Alexander, Madeline, Brady, Ty, Kacey, Jessie and Grace. Service will be 11:00 A.M. Saturday, February 15, 2014 at East 91st Street Christian Church, 6049 E. 91st St, Indianapolis, IN 46250 with calling 1 hour prior. Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery, Indianapolis, IN. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to East 91st Street Christian Church or the Alzheimers Association 50 E. 91st St, Suite #100, Indianapolis, IN 46240.
