Phyllis Douglas

Phyllis J. Douglas 87, of Indianapolis, passed away on June 26, 2015. Phyllis was a retired secretary for Indiana National Bank. She was a member of Fishers Church of Christ. She is survived by her husband Dale R. Douglas; children Laura (John) Mazurek, Carol (Joe) Lifrieri, Rita (George) Manley and Jane (Rom) Pegram; sisters Joyce Hemingway and Joanne (Bob) Russell, eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Monday, July 6, 2015 at 2 p.m. with calling from noon at Flanner and Buchanan-Oaklawn Memorial Gardens Good Shepherd Chapel. Burial will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens. Memorial contribution may be made to Fishers Church of Christ or South Central Church of Christ.
