Phyllis A. Kurtz (Brown), 84, of Indianapolis, passed away on June 11, 2019.

Phyllis was preceded in death by both parents, John and Gladys Brown; and her loving and loyal husband, Richard Kurtz. She is survived her children, Theresa Lewis, Phillip Kurtz (Amy Copeland), and Neil Kurtz (Shannon); 9 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and 3 great-great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 18, 2019 from 11am-1pm at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park, 425 North Holt Road, Indianapolis. Funeral services will immediately follow at 1pm. Phyllis will be laid to rest beside her husband in Floral Park Cemetery.
