Phyllis A. Cook

Phyllis A. Cook, 75, of Indianapolis, passed away on Tuesday, May 8, 2012. She was born on November 25, 1936 in Knox County to William Curtis and Hulda (Ellerman) Lane. Phyllis was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She is survived by her husband, James Cook; children, Karen St. Rain, John T. Cook, Cynthia Woodson, Diane Weddle; 13 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Phyllis is also survived by her sister, Mariann Pasch. She was preceded in death by her parents; and eldest son, James Curtis Cook. Funeral services for Mrs. Cook will be held at Flanner and Buchanan –Speedway on Saturday, May 12, 2012 at 12noon, with visitation 2 hours prior to the services.
