In loving memory of Phillip Brown,
Indianapolis has bid farewell to a cherished soul, Phillip Brown, who gracefully departed from this world on the 21st of March, 2024. He was born on the 30th of August in the year 1950, right here in Indianapolis, a place that held a special spot in his heart throughout his life.
Phillip was a man who found joy in the simple pleasures of life. His love for sports shone brightly as he passionately cheered on The Pacers and The Colts. Beyond sports, he indulged in the art of crafting, finding solace in creating intricate keychains and earrings. The allure of Western movies captivated him, transporting him to a realm where tales of bravery and honor unfolded before his eyes.
His presence touched the lives of many, leaving behind a legacy of warmth and kindness that will be cherished forever. In his departure, Phillip is survived by his siblings: Sarah Watson, Larry Brown (Susan), Bob Brown (Terrie), Glenn Brown, and Rose Searfoss. He now rests in peace alongside his predeceased siblings: Julia Sturgis, Phyllis Brown, William Brown, and Patricia Byrd; and his parents, Harold and Jean Brown.
The services to honor Phillip's memory will take place at Flanner Buchanan - Floral Park in Indianapolis. A Visitation will be held on the Thursday, the 28th of March starting at 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Funeral Service following on Friday the 29th of March at 11:00 AM and concluding with the Burial in Floral Park Cemetery.
