Phillip A. Cook

Phillip Allen Cook, age 62, passed away on Monday, August 10, 2020. He was preceded in death by his parents; John and Esther (Ashton) Cook. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Jeanne; daughters Angela Cook and Teresa (Chad) Russell and beloved grandchildren; Sam Johnson (22), Ainsley Russell (8) and Riley Russell (7). He is also survived by his brothers Barry Cook and Steve Cook, and his sister Chris Faucett.

Phil graduated from Tech Arsenal High School in 1976 and retired from Central Electric Supply Company after nearly 42 years of service in Sales. He was a member of Ancient Landmarks #319, Scottish Rite and the Murat Shrine for nearly 40 years.

Phil’s joy in life was spending time on the golf course with his friends, and opening his home to family and friends to enjoy his smoked meats and sit around while “shootin’ the shit”.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children or the American Brittany Rescue for which he was a volunteer and foster fur dad.

Due to COVID-19, services are limited to 75 family and friends.
