Peter M. Graudins, 61 of Indianapolis, passed away Sat., April 16, at IU Hospital, Indianapolis.
Pete was born in Batesville, Mississippi on March 7th 1950 to the late Gunars and Lidia (Rullis) Graudins. He grew up in Indianapolis where he attended Broad Ripple H.S. He then went on to study at Indiana State University.
Pete was well known for his positive, infectious personality and unparalleled athletic ability; illustrated by his participation in a nationally ranked volleyball team. His passion for athletics, more importantly golf, earned him several hole in ones throughout his golf career.
Pete was employed at Westlake Plastics for 22 years where he served as the medical sales manager where he built many close relationships.
He is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Debbie (Welsh) Graudins; 2 daughters, Mrs. Mark (Stephanie) Seger and Katie Graudins both Indianapolis.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Holy Spirit Catholic Church on Wed., April 20 at 11:00 am; 10350 Glaser Way, Fishers, IN 46037. Friends are invited to gather from 3 to 8 pm Tuesday, April 19 at Flanner and Buchanan Funeral Center Broad Ripple.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial gifts take the form of donations to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
