Penny D. Bessire

Penny D. Bessire passed away at her residence on January 26, 2024.  She was born September 10, 1955, in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Walter and Mary (House) Barlow.  Penny was a Pay Roll Specialist for Indiana State Parks Inns for a number of years.  She is survived by her brother, James (Sherry) Barlow, her sister, Linda Thompson, a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and a host of extended family and friends.  Penny wishes were to be cremated and have no services.  She would like everyone to be kind to one another and take time to enjoy the beauty that surrounds each and every one of us every day.  Flanner Buchanan Decatur Township is honored to serve the family during this time of loss.  To sign her online guestbook and share your thoughts and memories with Penny's family you are encouraged to go to www.flannerbuchanan.com
