She was preceded in death by mother Wanda Marie Bear, father Earl Fredrick Lowe and sister Evelyn Green. She is survived by husband Michael Andrews, daughter Amanda Lowe, grandchildren Taylor Downs and Jaxson Downs, brothers Perter Paul, Jimmy Norris and Michael Fredrick and sister Bill Joe. Memorial service will be Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at 1 pm at Flanner Buchanan-Decatur Township.
