Peggy Dugger passed away on June 25, 2025. A visitation will be held on July 10, 2025, from 11:00am to 1:00pm at Flanner Buchanan Memorial Park, located at 9350 E. Washington St, Indianapolis, IN 46229. This will be followed by a funeral service beginning at 1:00 pm. Peggy will be laid to rest at Memorial Park Cemetery.
