Pauline Barr

Pauline C. Barr 95 of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away December 19, 2012. She was born to Frederick W. and Minnie (Heilman) Meier on September 24, 1917 in Chandler IN. She served in the Marines during WWII teaching Aircraft Identification. She received her Bachelor's Degree from Indiana St and her Master's in Education from IU in 1946. She taught Elementary school in a number of Indiana School districts including many years at School 92 in Indianapolis.. She was a member of Faith Presbyterian Church in Indianapolis, IN. She is survived by her daughter; Julia and son; Richard, two grandchildren. Service will be 11:00 Saturday, December 29, 2012 at Flanner and Buchanan – Oaklawn Memorial Gardens in the Good Shepherd Chapel with calling one hour prior.
