Paul Weimer Hinkle, 85, Indianapolis, died Thursday, October 5.
He had worked 23 years as an Indiana state trooper and 15 years for National Steel Corporation.
Mr. Hinkle was a Navy veteran of World War and served in the Marine Corps Reserve.
