Paul Lee Shinkle

75 of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away peacefully on July 22, 2025, at Life’s Journey in Avon, Indiana. He was born on October 7, 1949, in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Robert and Lorna Shinkle, he was one of five children. Paul spent most of his career in the electrical business, retiring in 2020 from Barth Electric Company Incorporated, Indianapolis, Indiana. Paul was a devoted husband, father and “Papaw”. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Glenda, his three children Julie (Brian) Krober, Jason (Ali) Shinkle and Stacy (Eric) Stovall, stepdaughter Wendy (Shawn) Breen, siblings Charlotte (Jim) Lindop and Mark (Jennifer) Shinkle, grandchildren Olivia, Claire, Lauren, William, Raelyn, Aaven and Luke and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers Robert and David (Tish) Shinkle. A private celebration of life will take place at a later date.
