Paul Sanders

Paul Sanders, 90, lifelong resident of Indianapolis, passed away January 23, 2013. He was born January 1, 1923 to Ernest and Josephine Sanders who preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by Betty, his wife of 59 years. Paul is survived by his sons, Randy (Sally) Sanders and Craig (Barbara) Sanders, three grandchildren, Jason Sanders, Amy(Michael) Bourassa, and Lauren Sanders, two great grandchildren, Luke and Tyler Bourassa, and his friend and loving companion in his final years, Gloria Ware. Paul was co-owner of Indiana Veneer Company between 1955 and 1975. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army Air Force during World War II. Paul was also a 32nd degree Mason Scottish Rite, and a Shriner. Visitation will be held on Monday, January 28, 2013 from 9-11 AM with a funeral service to follow at 11:00 AM at Flanner and Buchanan – Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington Street.
