Paul L. Marshall

Paul L. Marshall, 62 of Whitestown, IN formerly of Elkhart, IN passed away suddenly October 12, 2016.

Paul was born in Elwood, IN on May 2, 1954 to Marion C. & Mary Ellen (Wire) Marshall. Paul married Vickey L Stephenson on April 3, 1976, who survives with son Jason Paul Marshall of Beaverton, OR, daughter Jamie S. Marshall of Indianapolis, IN and her 3 children, Colt, Ila and Esmé. Paul is also survived by 3 sisters, Trudy Stair of Drasco, AR, Marla (Jerry) Tanner of Overland, KS, Leisa (David) Copp of Goshen, IN, brother Mark (Mary) Marshall of Watkinsville, GA, and sister-in-law Sue Marshall of Elkhart, IN. In-laws Donald and Carolyn Stephenson, Nashville, IN, sister in-law Lou Ann Smith of Galesburg, IL, brother in-laws Mike (Deb) Stephenson of Galesburg, IL and Mark Stephenson of Pueblo, CO, along with a host of nieces and nephews. Special friends, Jim (Mary) Johnson of Fountain Hills, AZ, Doug (Tina) Shaffer of Elkhart, IN and his furry friend Marley.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Christopher Marshall, brother in laws JC Stair and Chuck Smith.
Paul was a Director of Plant Operations at Kindred Health & Rehab. Prior employment included Excel Industries in Elkhart, IN, and Marshall Engineering with his father and 2 brothers, also in Elkhart, IN. Paul was member of Michiana IBEW Local 153 Electrical Workers Union.
Paul was an avid rider of Harley Davidson motorcycles, and has ridden in 46 states, traveling from Indiana to 44 of those states. His sense of humor and infectious laugh will be missed by his loving family and friends.
A visitation will take place on Sunday, October 16th from 1-3pm at Flanner and Buchanan- Zionsville with a private family service to follow.
