Patty J. Dempsey

Patricia "Patty" June Dempsey, Indianapolis, lived a short, full life of 51 years. She loved having a family, a hard-working husband, as well as being a mother, grandma, sister, daughter, and best friend. Patty also loved the Colts and bingo. She is survived by her husband of 33 years, Allen Lee Dempsey; her daughter, Eddi Ann Phinney; her granddaughter, Ashley Kay Phinney; her parents, James Eugene Lester and Dorothy June Lester; and her siblings, Debbie Dufek (Rick), Janet Schulmeyer (Larry), and Jimmie Lester (Lynn); and her best friend of 38 years, Kathy Tabor. Services will be on Wednesday, November 27 at 2 PM at Flanner and Buchanan- Memorial Park, 9350 E. Washington Street, with visitation from 12 PM until service time. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorial gifts may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
