Patsy N. Hasty

Patsy N. Mitchell Hasty 76, of Avon died September 21, 2014. Patsy was born on October 25, 1937 in Columbus, Kentucky to Henry "Ted" and Ada "Jenny" Mitchell. Patsy worked as a receiving clerk for Venture until retiring in 2000. She was strong willed and a loving wife, mother, sister and grandmother who would do anything for her family. She will be greatly missed! She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Homer Hasty, daughter Teresa Hasty, son Scott Hasty, sisters Norma Sickles, Claudia Albertson, brother Benny Mitchell, 7 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother James "Sonny" Mitchell. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 4:00- 8:00pm and Thursday from 11:00am-1:00pm at Flanner and Buchanan Funeral Center- Floral Park, 425 N. Holt Rd. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 1:00pm at the funeral center. Burial will follow the services in West Ridge Park Cemetery.
