Patrick James Cook, 32, of Indianapolis passed away on Saturday, December 22, 2012. He was born March 15, 1980 in Ft. Wayne, IN. He worked as a Shop Manager at Online Transport, Inc. He was a very kind and compassionate person who touched a lot of lives. He loved animals but was very passionate about Pit Bulls. He was also very artistic and was an Avid Colts fan. Surviving to cherish his memory are his son, Brycen James Cook, Brycen's mom, Jamie Hunsucker, Mother, Robin (Rocky) Guy, father, Thomas J. Cook, step-father, Russell Williams, brothers, Christopher (Christina) Cook and Stephen A. "Tony" Cook, sister, Rebecca (Anthony) Zellmer, Grandparents, John and Linda Goode, Patrick's Girl-friend, Kera Paulus, Uncles and Aunts, Larry (Kicha) Cook, Stephen Cook, Daniel (Kim) Cook, Debbie Lawler, Carrie Cook-Graf, Rick Goode, Mike Goode, and Jamie McLaughlin, nieces and nephews, Brittany Cook, Kyle Cook, Anthony L. Cook, Stephen J. Cook, Ethan Cook, Julia Cook and Bentley Zellmer as well as many cousins. Interment will follow in Washington Park East Cemetery.
