Patrick J. Sheehan, Jr.

Patrick J. Sheehan, Jr., 82, Indianapolis, passed away September 15, 2016. He was born August 19, 1934 in Indianapolis, the son of Patrick and Frances (Murphy) Sheehan. Patrick retired from Indiana Bell, later AT & T, after 35 years of service. He was a graduate of Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis. Patrick was a member of St. Monica Catholic Church. He was also a member of Masonic Lodge #98, the Scottish Rite Valley of Indianapolis, and the Murat Shrine. Patrick was also a charter member of Club East. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Bernard Sheehan and John Sheehan. Patrick is survived by his wife, Marilyn; his son, Patrick Sheehan III (Debra), Ormond Beach, FL; his daughter, Kerry Hall (Michael), Greensboro, NC; his granddaughter, Rylee Sheehan, Ormond Beach, FL; his step-daughters, Cheryl Tucker and Donna Crook, his step-grandson, Ryan Crook, his step-great-grandson, Owen Crook, and his sister, Terese La Rochelle, all of Indianapolis; and numerous nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, September 26 at 11 AM at St. Monica Catholic Church, 6131 N. Michigan Rd., with visitation from 9-11 AM at the church. Memorial gifts may be made to the American Heart Association or Masses to the church.
