Patricia Thompson

Patricia Sue Thompson, 73, of Brownsburg died June 23, 2012. Patricia was born February 6, 1939 in Sturgis, MI to the late Reno and Calista Poynter. Patricia earned her Bachelor's degree from Ball State University and achieved her Master's degree from Purdue University. Patricia was a member of the Traders Point Christian Church. Patricia is survived by her loving husband of 19 years Don Thompson; her children, Anita Nelson (Scott) and Wendy Blair; her grandchildren, Calista and Zachary Nelson. Patricia was preceded in death by her first husband, Harry Blair Jr.; her brother K. Stanley Poynter. Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, June 27, 2012 at Traders Point Christian Church, 6590 Indianapolis Road Whitestown, IN 46075. Visitation will be from 5-9 p.m. on Tuesday June 26th also at Traders Point Christian Church. Burial will follow the services in Sparks Cemetery in Pittsboro, IN. Final arrangements have been entrusted to Flanner and Buchanan – Zionsville. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the National Parkinson's Foundation 1501 N.W. 9th Avenue / Bob Hope Road Miami, Florida 33136-1494.
