Patricia “Patti” E. Spinks
69 of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away on May 31, 2023, after struggling with numerous health issues. She was born on February 6, 1954, in Indianapolis, Indiana. Over the years she worked hard driving a catering truck and servicing vending machines. She also worked for a general practician doctor and urologist, retiring in 2016. She was a doting wife, mother and Nana. She loved her grandkids very much and enjoyed going to softball, basketball, baseball and football games. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lucy and Earl Renfro and brother, Bub Renfro. She is survived by her husband Rusty Spinks; children, Mike (Scot) Spinks, Steve Spinks, Joe (Becky) Spinks and Risa (Adam) Rogier; grandchildren, Brooklyn Spinks, Jackson Spinks, Kara Aus and Allison Aus; sister, Lisa Renfro; brother, Duke Renfro and sister-in-law, Sue Renfro. Visitation will be Tuesday, June 6, 2023, from 4 pm to 8 pm at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park. Funeral Service will be Wednesday, June 7, 2023, at 10 am at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park. Entombment will follow at Floral Park Cemetery. Rusty and Patti were married on June 29, 1979. She never met a stranger and helped numerous people and animals over the years. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to FACE Low Cost Animal Clinic.
