Patricia J. Heflin
75, of Indianapolis, IN, passed away on September 11, 2019. She was born on December 16, 1943 in Indianapolis, IN to the late Flossie and Henry Tillberry. Patricia was a retired nurse. She was preceded in death by her late husband. William Willoughby and son, Randy Willoughby. She is survived by children, William Willoughby Jr., Patricia Willoughby, Mike Willoughby, Tammy Laux, Debbie Robinett, and Brenda Willoughby; 15 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; 4 sisters and 1 brother. Visitation will be Thursday, September 19, 2019 from noon till 3 pm with a service at 3 pm at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park. Burial to follow at Floral Park Cemetery.
