Patricia J. Eckman Ulrey, 78, Ellenton, Fla., formerly of Indianapolis, died October 21.
She had been an administrative assistant and librarian 25 years for the U.S. Army Finance Center at Fort Benjamin Harrison, retiring in 1971.
