Patricia J. Bowers

Patricia J. (Grove)Bowers, 84, of Indianapolis, passed away February 25, 2017 at Forest CreekVillage in Indianapolis, IN. She wasborn August 31, 1932 in Muncie, IN the daughter of the late Earl M. and AudreyMarie (Writtenhouse) Grove. She was aLicensed Practical Nurse for more than 30 years. She was preceded in death by her husband ofmore than 64 years, Wayne Edward Bowers and her granddaughter, Brittany;brothers, Earl, Jr., Bill, Bob and Fred.

Surviving are herchildren, Vickie Knight and her husband David and DeWayne Bowers and his wife Valerie;2 grandchildren, Charlie Bowers, Tricia Johnson, Nick Knight and Chris Knight;great-grandchildren, Aden, Bella, Lex, Alex, Tiffany and Ashley.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM, Thursday, March 2,2017 at Flanner and Buchanan-Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St.,Indianapolis, IN 46229, with Pastor EdGannon officiating. Burial will followin Washington Park East Cemetery. Visitationwill be held on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM at thefuneral home.
